Everything showed up right, coins matched my picks. Packaging was fine. Shipping took a bit longer than I wanted, but no issues overall

I had an issue with my return i was a bit annoyed at first because it took longer than I expected. But in the end, they did get it fixed, so I’m glad it’s sorted now.

I ordered a few silver rounds from Provident Metals, i felt good once I opened them up. They looked legit to me, the weight seemed right, and the details were what I was expecting. Nothing looked off or suspicious, which was a relief.

The rounds themselves were shiny and clean, and they gave me that reassuring feeling you want when buying metals online. One of the capsules had a small scratch, which was a little disappointing at first, but the coin inside was totally fine, so I didn’t let it bother me too much.

I’d give it 4 stars overall because the product seems authentic and worth the money. I just wish the packaging had been a bit more careful, since even a small scuff on the capsule makes you feel like your order wasn’t handled with quite as much care as it could’ve been.

Checkout was easy overall, but my bank payment stayed pending for what felt like a little longer than I figured it would. It did eventually go through and my order moved along, so it worked out. I just wish the updates had been a bit clearer while I was waiting.

I ordered from Provident Metals recently, and at least based on my package, they did a really good job with the packing. Everything showed up in great shape and seemed packed in tight, with nothing sliding around in the box. I didn’t notice any torn corners or loose items, which is something I usually worry about when ordering metals. Shipping took a little while, but nothing too crazy. I can’t say if every order is handled the same way, but mine felt very secure

Customer service was okay overall. It took longer than I expected to hear back, and I kept feeling like I was losing time just waiting around for a simple answer. They did eventually answer my question, so it worked out, but the delay was annoying.

I’ve ordered from Provident Metals a few times now, the prices have been solid compared to other sites I’ve looked at. The premiums on silver rounds and bars seem fair to me, not overly marked up or anything. Checkout was simple enough, and most of the time the total ends up being lower than what I find elsewhere. I’d say they’re worth checking out if you’re comparing prices

Provident Metals usually has the coins and bars I’m trying to find, which is definitely a plus. A few items were out of stock when I checked, so that was a little frustrating. I also kind of felt ignored when trying to get more info, which took away from the experience a bit. Still, their inventory is solid overall, so I’d give them 4 stars.
